Turn the playlist into item-level decisions
A public playlist does not mean every video is cleared for copying. Make a manifest with the title, link, creator, duration, permitted use and attribution for every item; leave entries without a lawful basis unprocessed.

Plan formats, storage and order first
Choose video, audio or caption output according to the final use and estimate total duration and storage. Number folders and use consistent names so similar files do not disappear into the browser download directory.
Analyse one authorised link at a time
Open each public video, confirm its version, then analyse the complete URL in HSK Download. Process and verify one item, update the manifest, and only then continue; this makes a failed entry easy to identify.

Verify every completed file
Check the beginning, middle and end for picture, sound, duration, caption language and a plausible file size. If playback is incompatible, try a suitable player or a compatible format supplied by the source rather than renaming the extension.
Separate sources, edits and delivery
Keep permission records, untouched source files, working copies and approved delivery in distinct folders. For team access, restrict sharing and keep the manifest’s file name, version and location aligned with the real asset.
Handle list changes and interrupted tasks
Do not automatically extend permission when a playlist gains new videos. Record deleted, unavailable or restricted items and ask the rights holder for an authorised source; never bypass account, region, payment or privacy controls.
Match the search intent
youtube playlist downloader — Build an item-level rights manifest, process authorised public links in sequence, verify every file and maintain a traceable archive.
Responsible use
Process only public media you own, are authorised to use, that is in the public domain, or that you may otherwise use lawfully. Public visibility alone does not grant copying or republication rights.
